Tell your supplier to mark the boxes
Three lines, written on every carton. Without your name and number on the box, cargo arriving at our counter belongs to nobody — and an unmarked pallet is how a consignment sits unclaimed for a week.
Shipping mark
- AITRANSIT
- Your name / phone
- PCS / PACKAGE / CTN
The last line is the count in the units printed on the carton, so the packing list and the pallet agree.
Once it arrives
What happens at our counter
Everything below is included. You do not need to ask for any of it.
Received and logged
Booked in against your name the moment your supplier's driver hands it over.
Checked and photographed
Weighed on our scales, counted, and photographed as a record of its condition.
Repacked for the hold
Reinforced for the flight at no cost, so it arrives in the shape it left in.
Loaded onto a batch
Assigned to the next flight out of Guangzhou or Hong Kong, with a tracking number you can follow.
Next step
Your supplier does not need to know anything about shipping
Give them our Baiyun address, or give us theirs and we collect. Either way the next thing you see is a tracking number.
